A ranking would compare figures most brands do not publish
Direct answer
There are no stars and no ranking on this site, and that is a decision, not a gap. Of the hundred brands we follow, we read off the monetary verification threshold at five and the withdrawal cap at fourteen. A ranking built on such data would order brands by which of them said more about itself, and not by which is better for the player.
Why there is no ranking here
A ranking needs a common scale. We have none, nor does anyone reading the same documents.
Of the ten we follow, two publish the monetary verification threshold. Three the withdrawal cap. Six the coin count. One the founding year. Ordering ten names by a figure eight leave empty works one way: fill it in by estimate. An estimate in a column stops looking like one on the next row.
Stars would also cover the empty places this site was made for. A brand publishing nothing would get an average in a ranking, while in truth it offers no point to lean on. How we treat empty fields is in how we read documents. So an empty place stays empty in the overview too: ten casinos without verification.
The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.
Four figures you really can compare
Instead of a ranking it makes sense to compare four things. All four are public, all readable before registration, and none depends on what a brand claims about itself in advertising.
- The moment the request for documents arrives. The only place where the payout is decided. All nine clauses with their numbers are in identity verification.
- The withdrawal cap and its period. The same sum means twice the wait weekly versus monthly; converted by withdrawal limits.
- The list of countries the operator refuses players from. A contractual condition invoked when money is to leave. Nine list lengths are compared by foreign casino no-deposit bonus.
- The licence number in the issuer's register. The only figure in the offer a third party confirms; what exactly, by foreign licences.
None of those four figures gives a ranking. Each, though, answers the question a player really asks: what happens when I want the money back.
Ten brands and what sets each apart
The list below is not a ranking and its order means nothing. It is an overview of how each brand we follow differs from the rest in its own documents.
- Vave is tenth in the table. It does not publish the verification threshold, but alone gives a period for documents.
- Bitcasino.io publishes the verification threshold and withdrawal cap at once. The domain is in the Slovak register since 2020.
- Empire.io is the second and last with a published threshold, stated in USDT, not euros.
- Wild Fortune alone asks for a document before play. It gives the 15,000 EUR monthly cap in six currencies.
- PlayAmo has the longest restricted country list and two caps at once.
- Metaspins names in its footer a different licence issuer than we found in the register.
- Rainbet contradicts itself in two own documents about the moment of verification.
- Shuffle describes the verification threshold as risk-dependent and set at its own discretion.
- Wolf.bet invokes the law without saying which one.
- Bitsler opens an account on an e-mail; its Curaçao number matches an application.
Read that list as a map of differences. Brands differ not in how much they give, but in what they wrote about themselves and what they hid.
The most coins of our ten: thirteen. The identity-verification clause sits in section 5, headed KYC/AML, and states no amount. Licence number ALSI-132405048-FI3 comes from Anjouan, and the company behind the brand is Cipher Games Ltd.
What does not follow from this selection
The ten are no cross-section of the market, but a selection from a library of a hundred brands, made so documents could be compared, not offers.
Speed does not follow either. We read the processing period at one of the ten, our advertising partner in clause 8.1, and at the other nine no such figure is in the terms. So on whether their money arrives in an hour or three days there is not a sentence here. Bonus figures do not follow either: bonus terms are a separate document we never opened, as explained by no-deposit bonus.
And nothing follows about whether playing at a particular brand is a good idea. The risk is contractual: the money sits at a company outside Slovak law, and the only instance in a dispute is that company, or the body issuing its licence.
What “best” means on the Slovak market side
There the answer is shorter: some rules are not the operator's.
A holder of a Slovak individual licence must under § 31(1) of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. tie participation to registration and a player account, and under § 33(1) require details from an identity card and another document. Under § 32(1) seven items must be on screen during play, including the total of bets and winnings. It must check the register of excluded persons at every log-in.
None of that applies to a brand without a Slovak licence — the whole practical difference between the two market sides. Companies holding it are listed in who holds a Slovak licence, and what follows for the player is taken apart by what the law says.

How to build your own ranking yourself
If you need a ranking, build it by what matters to you, not somebody else's stars. The procedure is dull and takes ten minutes per brand.
- Open the terms from the footer and find the section called KYC, AML or Verification. Note its number and whether the clause has a sum.
- In the same document find the Restricted Countries section and look for Slovakia. Watch also for phrases like “including but not limited to”; such a list is not closed.
- Find the payout clause and in it the cap and its period. Convert it into the sum you consider a big win.
- Check the licence number in the issuer's register and compare three things: company name, authorisation designation and status.
If one of those four points is not in the documents, that is a result too, one you get free and before a deposit. How we do the same, and what we do when two documents contradict, is in how we read documents.
