The longest restricted-countries list, and Slovakia is not on it

Transcribed from the terms

PlayAmo excludes 217 countries, among them Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Ukraine, but Slovakia is not among them. Clause 12 states two caps at once, €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, and in that same clause it reserves the right to lock the account until verification is complete.

A list that excludes four neighbours but not Slovakia

The restricted-countries list has 217 entries, the longest of our ten. It names Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Ukraine — four of Slovakia's neighbours. Slovakia itself is not on it.

What sense that border makes is not readable from the document, and we do not guess. What matters here is how such a list reads: in a two-hundred-entry list a country's presence is closer to a form than a decision, so its absence answers less than the same absence among twelve names. How the nine lists differ in length is in foreign casino no-deposit bonus.

Besides the country list the brand restricts at game-supplier level. Two different things: the first decides the account, the second which slot loads. To confuse them is to read a contract as a catalogue.

The edition of 31 August 2026 holds 1,120 valid records: 977 web addresses and 143 account numbers. Under § 85(2) the authority publishes it on the first working day of every week, and under paragraph 11 in machine-readable form — CSV, XML and XLSX.

Two caps in one clause

Clause 12 states two limits at once: €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month. It is the only one of our ten to publish two periods together, and so shows best why the period decides more than the amount. The period stands beside every cap in the summary too: payout caps at casinos without a Slovak licence.

A balance of €60,000 leaves in eight weeks under the weekly cap of €7,500, four months under the monthly €15,000. Where both apply, the sooner-exhausted one decides. It is no fee and no penalty; it is a contractual condition the player agreed to at registration. The same arithmetic for the other caps is in payout limits.

In ordinary play such a cap does not hurt. It hurts exactly when the win the player was playing for arrives, so read it before you start and convert it into the sum you would call a big win; if the answer comes out in months rather than days, you know the essential thing before your first deposit.

A cap is not a fee. It is pace.

Documents: the same clause, three forms of verification

The verification clause sits in that same clause 12 and carries no figure. The operator may request documents whenever it thinks necessary.

It is more specific about what may come. Besides documents it allows a phone call and video verification, and it may lock the account until verification is complete. A locked account means the money is there and not available at once — a state readable in the contract in advance.

A threshold that is not written down can be neither exceeded nor observed. Two of our ten state an amount and this is not one: Bitcasino.io has €2,500 and Empire.io 2,000 USDT. An amount against a free hand is set out in identity verification.

Every citation of § 31, § 33, § 36, § 80, § 85 and § 95 on this page comes from the version of the act in force from 1 January 2026. The English translation the authority itself offers is the version of 1 June 2019, and its numbering of the paragraphs of § 85 already differs.

The licence number on site and in the register

Under today's terms the operator is Novatrix SRL. In the Anjouan Gaming Board register we found licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, status valid.

The brand's own site, though, carries a Curaçao number. Not two versions of one entry but two different issuers — the same contradiction as at Metaspins, only the other way round.

Neither number says anything about Slovakia. An individual licence under § 36 of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. may go only to a legal person seated in Slovakia or another member state. What a licence number from Curaçao or Anjouan verifies is set out in foreign licences.

The domain is on the Slovak list since March 2020

Playamo.com is one of three brands in our ten whose address appears on the list of prohibited offers. Listed since 2 March 2020, the ground being § 85(4)(a) — operating an internet game without an individual licence.

The provider's name the authority established then does not match today's: the list gives DAMA N.V. and Friolion Limited, the terms Novatrix SRL. The entry is from 2020, so on whom the contract is with, the newer document applies.

The entry has no effect on the terms themselves. What changes is the route to the site and to payment, because the duties under § 85(12) fall on connectivity operators and payment service providers — not on the player. The breakdown is in the list of prohibited offers.

What we did not read about this brand

We read the terms from an archived copy, not the pages themselves. A weaker form of the same thing; we say so because the data hold as at the snapshot date, not today.

We know the coin count: seven, chiefly bitcoin, bitcoin cash, dogecoin, litecoin, ether and USDT. We do not know the founding year, the withdrawal processing time or the data range at account opening. The bonus terms are a separate document we did not open, so no bonus amount appears here.

The brand holds no Slovak individual licence; who does is listed by who holds a Slovak licence. Only a Slovak licence holder checks the register of excluded persons under § 33 at login, so an entry there does not reach here. The free problem-gambling helpline is 0800 131 000. That the player is not a supervised entity under § 80 is shown by what the law says.
