A brand whose own footer names a different issuer from the register
Transcribed from the terms
Clause 9.7 says verification is mandatory once play reaches a “certain threshold”, and adds no figure to it. Sharper still is the contradiction around the licence: the footer carries an Anjouan number, while the certificate we traced is from Curaçao. These are not two versions of one entry.
A threshold with no figure
Clause 9.7 makes identity verification mandatory once play reaches a certain threshold. The document does not say what it is.
The commonest form of this clause in the ten: two brands state an amount, seven keep a free hand. A clause without a figure is not weaker than an amount — it is stronger, against the player. A threshold not written down can be neither exceeded nor observed, and the request may come at the first payout as at the twentieth.
The wording “a certain threshold” is in its way worse than silence. It promises a figure exists and does not give it, so the reader leaves with a rule he cannot read. Seven versions of it, with clause numbers, are in identity verification.
The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.
Two different issuers and two different holders
The terms name as contracting party 3-102-959384 SRL — a designation where a registration number stands for a name. We found that same name in the Anjouan register beside licence ALSI-202606048-FI2, the number the brand gives in its footer.
In the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate register the same domain carries licence OGL/2024/1063/0437, status active, issued on 4 October 2024. Its holder is not 3-102-959384 SRL but Metaspins N.V., company no. 160102 under the law of Curaçao.
These are not two versions of one entry. They are two registers, two numbers and two different companies — the sharpest case of diverging data in the ten. The same way, reversed, goes PlayAmo. Both registers appear in the summary: casinos without verification and their registers.
One practical thing follows: the footer number cannot be verified in the Curaçao register, and the certificate number not in the Anjouan one. Each belongs elsewhere and is looked up elsewhere.
The brand also names the supervisory authority in two places under two different names. Neither of those things proves the licence does not exist. They prove something more practical: data that differ across two documents of the same firm cannot prove anything until you check the issuer's register yourself. The step-by-step procedure is in foreign licences.
A limit tied to the payment method
Clause 12.5 says the maximum sum paid out may be limited by the payment method chosen. It adds no figure.
A different blank from silence, and the player should tell them apart. At five of the ten we found nothing about a cap; here the right to set one is written, merely without the amount. For planning that is worse than a published threshold and better than silence, because at least you know where to ask. The same case is Bitsler, and the four figures really in this ten are worked by payout limits.
An empty cell always means the same: in the document we read, no such item appears. Never zero, never unlimited.
The edition of 31 August 2026 holds 1,120 valid records: 977 web addresses and 143 account numbers. Under § 85(2) the authority publishes it on the first working day of every week, and under paragraph 11 in machine-readable form — CSV, XML and XLSX.
A country list opened by one sentence
The restricted-countries list has 58 entries. Slovakia is not on it.
The United Kingdom is, in a way worth reading literally: excluded “including all overseas territories”, which the document does not name. Such a list is no closed enumeration and we do not read it as one.
That is why a Slovak player does well to read an offer back to front: first the country list, then the documents clause and the cap, and only last the welcome offer. Why this document matters more than the amount is in foreign casino no-deposit bonus. And why “English casino” is almost always the wrong lead for a Slovak is shown by English casino no-deposit bonus.
What we know about this brand
We know the coin count: eight, chiefly bitcoin, ether, USDT, bitcoin cash, TRX and ADA. We know it also offers sports betting and labels its games provably fair. We know the numbers of both clauses that decide about money, though neither contains a figure.
We do not know the founding year, the withdrawal processing time or the data range at account opening. The bonus terms are a separate document we did not open here or anywhere else, so no bonus amount and no wagering requirement appear here. How we handle blanks is in how we read documents.
We read the terms on 26 August 2026 on the brand's site, in its terms-of-business section.
What this means for a player from Slovakia
The domain metaspins.com does not appear on the list of prohibited offers as at 31 August 2026. No clean bill of health: seven of our ten are missing from that file, and none holds a Slovak licence. Who does is listed by who holds a Slovak licence.
Two things therefore remain, whichever of the two licence numbers is the right one. First: in a dispute the only instance is the operator itself and possibly the authority that issued its licence — the Slovak authority will not help there and we do not pretend otherwise. Second: only a Slovak licence holder checks the register of excluded persons under § 33 at login, so self-exclusion recorded on one side of the market does not reach the other.
