Behind the Curaçao number is an application in the transitional regime, not a licence
Transcribed from the terms
Under clause 4.3 an email address is enough to open an account, but the operator may demand a document at any time. Sharper is the finding from the register: the Curaçao record OGL/2024/930/0387 corresponds to a transitional-regime application, and the company operates on a certificate of operation.
Issued licence versus submitted application
The operator is Oyine N.V. In the Curaçao Gaming Authority register we found record OGL/2024/930/0387, status active.
That record, though, corresponds to an application in the transitional regime, and the company operates on a certificate of operation. Contractually, issued licence versus submitted application weighs more than Curaçao versus Anjouan. In the register it shows; on the brand's site, as a rule, not.
The number 144430, also on the site, is the Curaçao company's registration number, nothing to do with a gambling entitlement. Two numbers side by side look like two credentials, though one is a commercial-register entry. What a licence number verifies, and what does not follow, stands in foreign licences.
The free number is 0800 131 000, and +421 587 875 800 from abroad. The line is run by OLÚP Predná Hora, a specialist hospital, and is funded from the state budget and from voluntary contributions.
Account on an email, document at any time
Clause 4.3 describes the loosest end of the ten: an email address opens an account. In the same sentence, though, the operator reserves the right to demand proof of age or identity at any time, verifying details entered at registration.
Two statements in one clause, the second cancelling the first's impression. The account exists in a minute, but the details must hold, and the check's moment is chosen by whoever holds the money. The sum after which that happens is not in the document. Both are quoted together in the overview: casinos without verification and their clauses.
Of nine documents read, only three say what is asked at account opening, and this is one. The other two answers differ entirely: Rainbet contradicts itself in its own documents, and Wild Fortune asks for one before play. All three are broken down in registration without documents.
The right to set a maximum, no number
Clause 8.6 says the operator reserves the right to set maximum payouts. It adds no amount.
A different emptiness from silence. At five of the ten we found nothing on a cap; here the entitlement to set one is written, only without a number. For planning that is worse than a published threshold, better than silence. Metaspins is the same case, and the four numbers really there are counted in withdrawal limits.
An empty cell with us always means the same: no such figure stands in the document we read. Never zero, never unlimited.
The list of countries we did not read
This is the second place we corrected ourselves. We wrote before that this brand's restricted-country list has a single item. It has not.
The captured text broke off mid-enumeration, leaving the first item, American Samoa, visible. So we did not find Slovakia in what could be read — and the list remains unread. The difference between “it has one country” and “we read no further” is fundamental for a player: the first sounds like an open door, the second like an unknown. An equally incomplete transcript stands at Bitcasino; the correction procedure is in how we read documents.
The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.
The only founding year transcribed in this ten
Bitsler gives the year 2015, the only brand of the ten where we found a founding year in the documents.
At the other nine no such figure stands, so the word “new” beside them is no brand property but an impression from advertising. Dating is still possible, from other files: the register of individual licences granted gives a validity period from and to on every line, and the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk gives the entry date. How a brand's age follows from those two files is shown by new online casino.
Beware one confusion: the year a company was registered is not the year a site launched. At Shuffle we found such a figure and did not use it as a founding year.
What we know of this brand and what not
We know it also offers sports betting and calls its games provably fair. We know both clause numbers deciding money, though neither holds a sum.
We do not know the number of supported coins — empty cell in the table. Nor the withdrawal processing time or the bonus wagering requirements: the bonus document is separate and we opened it at no brand, so no bonus sum appears here. Why we admit that rather than copy numbers from advertising: no-deposit bonus.
We read the terms 26 August 2026 on the brand's own site.
What this means for a player from Slovakia
The domain bitsler.com does not stand in the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk at 31 August 2026. No clean bill of health: seven of our ten are missing from that file, and none holds a Slovak individual licence. Who does: who holds a Slovak licence.
A Curaçao certificate of operation changes nothing. It is no individual licence under § 36 of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z., and its holder does not fit § 36(1). So nobody checks the register of excluded persons under § 33, and a self-exclusion on the Slovak market side does not reach here. The free helpline for gambling problems is 0800 131 000; that the player is no supervised entity under § 80 shows in what the law says.
