The second of the two brands publishing a verification threshold at all

Transcribed from the terms

Empire.io gives a threshold of 2,000 USDT in clause 5.4 and in the same sentence reserves the right to block or close the account if the details given were untrue or misleading. We read the terms from an archived copy, not the live site, and we say so because the figure holds at the snapshot date.

A number found here for the second and last time

Nine of the ten have an identity verification clause, but two give a monetary threshold in it. The first is Bitcasino.io with EUR 2,500, the second this brand with 2,000 USDT in clause 5.4.

The currency differs and we do not convert it. Rates change, the terms hold no conversion mechanism, and a conversion would be our estimate, not the operator's. A sum in USDT stays in USDT even when the player deposits in euros.

Clause 5.4 does not end with the number. It adds that the operator may block or close the account if the details prove untrue or misleading. With a bonus offer that weighs more than with the player's own deposit, since the one-account-per-person rule and mismatched details are the commonest grounds for cancelling an entitlement before anything is paid out of it. The difference between the two kinds of offer is set out in registration bonus.

The full text of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z., the Slovak gambling act, in the Zbierka zákonov

Every citation of § 31, § 33, § 36, § 80, § 85 and § 95 on this page comes from the version of the act in force from 1 January 2026. The English translation the authority itself offers is the version of 1 June 2019, and its numbering of the paragraphs of § 85 already differs.

A licence from Anjouan, and a clash over the authority's name

The operator is Pixel Entertainment Limited. Licence number ALSI-132405042-FI3, issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board, found valid in that board's public list of holders.

Inside the brand, though, the supervisory authority's name does not hold: the anti-money-laundering document names a different authority from the licensing pages. Not the only such case in our ten, and no proof the licence does not exist. It proves supervision must be read from the issuer's register, not the brand's site. How such a register is read is shown by foreign licences. Authority from the licensing pages and from the other documents is recorded separately: casinos without a Slovak licence and their authorities.

The Anjouan number says nothing of Slovakia. An individual licence under § 36 of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. goes only to a legal person seated in Slovakia or another member state, so a company registered outside the union does not fit that sentence. Who did is listed in who holds a Slovak licence.

A short list of countries without Slovakia

This brand's restricted-country list has twelve items, one of the shortest in our ten — for comparison, PlayAmo has 217.

Slovakia is not on it. The United Kingdom is, with six other brands of this ten. That is why “English casino” is almost always a false trail here: the brand that would take a Slovak tends to be the one turning a Briton away. The breakdown is in English casino no-deposit bonus.

A short list is different information from a long one. In a two-hundred-item enumeration a country is form-filling; in a twelve-item one it is picked deliberately. Slovakia's absence from so short a list answers more strongly than the same absence from a long one, though neither is a guarantee.

The page listing the individual gambling licences that have been granted

The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.

An archived copy instead of the live site

We read this brand's terms from an archived copy of its pages, not directly. A weaker form of the same, and we do not hide it: the figure holds at the snapshot date, not today.

Practically that means one thing. The 2,000 USDT in clause 5.4 and the sentence on closing the account are transcribed literally, but if the operator has since changed the document, our transcript does not know. You can check in a minute: open the terms on its site and find clause 5.4. If the number is there, it holds; if not, what stands instead holds.

The same caution covers details at account opening. Of nine documents read, only three say what is asked at registration, and this is not among them. What the remaining two say is in registration without documents.

What we did not finish reading

A withdrawal cap per period does not stand in the terms. Not that no cap exists: no number is in the text we read. How such emptiness differs from a clause allowing a cap without a number: withdrawal limits.

We likewise did not transcribe the number of supported coins — empty cell in the table. The bonus terms are a separate document, opened neither here nor anywhere, so no bonus sum or wagering requirement appears here.

The domain empire.io does not stand in the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk at 31 August 2026. No clean bill of health: seven of our ten are missing from that file, and none holds a Slovak licence. How to search a particular address: the list of prohibited offers.

What does not change even after verification

Even if you supply the documents and the account stays open, two things remain.

The first is where a complaint goes. A Slovak licence holder is supervised by the Úrad pre reguláciu hazardných hier; here the only instance is the operator itself and, if any, its licence issuer. The second is the register of excluded persons: under § 33 only a Slovak licence holder checks it at every login, so a self-exclusion on one market side does not reach the other. The free helpline for gambling problems is 0800 131 000. That the player is no supervised entity shows in what the law says.
