Where every figure on this site comes from
Method
This site stands on four documents: on the wording of the law in force from 1 January 2026, on the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk as at 31 August 2026, on the Zoznam udelených individuálnych licencií as at 1 September 2026, and on the terms of ten operators, which we read on 26 August 2026.
Four sources and nothing else
The law. We quote the time version of predpis č. 30/2019 Z. z. in force from 1 January 2026, as published in the Zbierka zákonov on Slov-Lex. We always give section and paragraph numbers, so the quotation checks without us.
The English translation the authority offers on its site is marked as the version at 1 June 2019. In numbering § 85's paragraphs it already differs from the valid wording, so we do not quote it.
Zoznam zakázaných ponúk. We downloaded the edition at 31 August 2026 in CSV and counted the rows. What we read from it is on list of prohibited offers.
Zoznam udelených individuálnych licencií. The version at 1 September 2026, also in CSV. Company names licensed for an internet casino we transcribed from it; they are on who holds a Slovak licence.
Operators' terms. Read on 26 August 2026, every figure with the clause number it stands under. From there come verification thresholds and withdrawal caps.
The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.
How many documents stand behind those ten rows
The home page table has ten rows, but the selection behind it is far wider. Our library holds a hundred brands; the reading state looks like this.
At thirty-seven we opened documents directly on their sites. At another forty-one we read archived copies of the same pages, a weaker form of the same: the figure holds at the snapshot date, not today, and where that bears on the result we say so. At twenty-two brands nothing could be read and all their fields stay empty. Every figure therefore states whether it comes from a live page or a copy: overview of casinos without verification.
Of the seventy-eight read, we tied the verification clause to a number twenty-six times, its monetary threshold five times, the withdrawal cap fourteen times and the restricted country list thirty-eight times.
Those figures are here on purpose. They show how much of the industry does not publish its own terms intelligibly, or not at all, and say how much of what we write stands on read text.
What we do when two documents contradict
It happens more often than expected, and is one of the few things we cannot resolve for the operator. So we leave them side by side and write both versions.
At four brands of nine the site's licence figure diverges from the issuer's register entry, in two cases even with a different issuer. At others the supervisory body's name diverges between one brand's two own documents. The breakdown is in foreign licences.
The same with figures. Wild Fortune's clause 11.15 caps winnings from the first three deposits, and that same clause carries two different currencies and two different sums on two language versions of the same page. We picked neither. A figure that changes with the version of the page you open is not a figure.
What we have corrected
Errata are no ornament, so we write here what we corrected in ourselves.
At Bitcasino and Bitsler we previously stated their restricted country list had one item. It does not. Bitcasino refers to the full list, but the enumeration is not attached to the reference and names only Japan. At Bitsler the captured text broke off after the first item. Both places are now described as unread, not short.
The second correction concerns registration. We wrote that not one of the ten documents speaks of documents at account opening. Three do: Bitsler, Rainbet and Wild Fortune, each differently. The breakdown is in registration without documents.
What we never do
We have no account at any operator and deposited no euro. So you will not find here the sentence “we tried it”, “the withdrawal arrived in two hours” or “support replied within a minute”. These are no modest wordings we could afford otherwise: they are claims that would not be true.
We give no stars or ranking. A ranking would pretend we can compare things we cannot, and would cover the empty places this site was made for.
No instructions for getting round blocking or the excluded persons register. In no form, not even as a warning.
We do not convert currencies. A threshold written in USDT stays in USDT: the rate changes, no conversion mechanism stands in the terms and a conversion would be our estimate, not the operator's commitment. This concerns two verification thresholds and three withdrawal caps in withdrawal limits.
The free number is 0800 131 000, and +421 587 875 800 from abroad. The line is run by OLÚP Predná Hora, a specialist hospital, and is funded from the state budget and from voluntary contributions.
An empty field means one thing
“Not stated” in the table means: in the document we read, no such figure stands. Never zero, no limit or no rule.
Empty places in the table are plenty and we do not cover them. We have the licence number at nine brands of ten, the coin count at six, the withdrawal cap at three. Where a figure is missing we add nothing and use no wordings making emptiness a merit. What licence numbers can and cannot tell is on foreign licences.
We treat bonuses the same. Bonus terms are usually a separate document we never opened, so in the table they have no column and in the text no figures. The four bonus pages therefore stand on what we read — the payout clause, the restricted country list and the law. They begin with the no-deposit bonus.
How we correct
Documents change. The Zoznam zakázaných ponúk updates weekly, the licence register continuously and an operator's terms when its lawyer decides.
When a figure has changed or we read it wrongly, we correct it in place and write what stood there before. We do not delete quietly. If you find a discrepancy between what we write and the original, the original holds and we act on it.
Where links from this page lead
Links out lead to the primary document, never a retelling. To the Úrad pre reguláciu hazardných hier, the Zbierka zákonov, the licence issuer's register and the brand's own terms. If we assert a figure, the link leads where you can read it without us.
Links inward always lead to a page setting out that figure with its clause or section number, so no claim is read without its source.
One button in the table leads out, to the operator's commercial interface, carrying in the source the attribute rel="sponsored". Other rows lead to our own pages. On what stands in the table that has no bearing: figures come from documents, and a cell a document does not answer stays empty.
Where to begin reading
On the home page. The legal part is at what the law says and the practical in identity verification.
