Whether the bonus is yours is decided by the country list, not the size of the bonus

Direct answer

A no deposit bonus from a foreign casino is available to a player from Slovakia, and Slovakia does not stand on a single one of the nine restricted country lists we read. It is that list that decides, however, not the size of the bonus: it is a contractual condition the operator will invoke at the moment the money is to leave.

Nine lists and Slovakia on none

Every brand whose terms we read publishes a list of countries it refuses players from. Their length varies surprisingly:

Slovakia is on none. Exactly why nine of those ten rows stand in the table on the home page; the tenth is our partner, where we traced no such document.

PlayAmo is interesting here. Its list holds 217 countries including four of Slovakia's neighbours, and Slovakia is not among them. What sense such a boundary makes cannot be read from the document, and we do not guess it.

The Wolf.bet home screen

The most coins of our ten: thirteen. The identity-verification clause sits in section 5, headed KYC/AML, and states no amount. Licence number ALSI-132405048-FI3 comes from Anjouan, and the company behind the brand is Cipher Games Ltd.

Two rows up we corrected ourselves

At Bitcasino and Bitsler we previously wrote their list had one item. It does not. Bitcasino refers in the text to the full list, but the list is not attached to the reference and names only Japan. At Bitsler the captured text broke off mid-enumeration and the first item stayed visible.

The difference between “has one country” and “we read no further” matters for the player: the first sounds like an open door, the second an unknown. We correct in place and write what stood before; the procedure is in how we read documents.

The lists compare worse than they seem

The figures above look like a strictness ranking and are not one. Four of the nine documents are written so their length guarantees nothing.

Open lists. Wolf.bet gives its 48 countries with the wording “including but not limited to”. Shuffle adds to its fifteen names a sentence on any other place where the service is not permitted. Both lists can grow without changing the document.

Territories without a country code. Wild Fortune's list mixes in Hawaii, Ontario and New Brunswick, parts of states, not states. Rainbet names Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. Metaspins excludes the United Kingdom “including all overseas territories” without listing them.

Restrictions outside the list. Besides the country list PlayAmo has separate restrictions at supplier level. These are two different things: the first decides the account, the second which slot loads for you at all.

The practical consequence is unpleasant and worth saying. Slovakia's absence from a list is the best available answer, not a guarantee, and with an openly worded list, an answer valid at the transcription date.

Where Slovakia stands on the lists and where not

The ten in our table are a selection, not a market cross-section. In the wider library we follow a hundred brands and read off the country list at thirty-eight. Slovakia stands on eleven.

The same figure for Czechia and Poland, Germany twelve, Hungary nine, Austria six. At the opposite end is the United Kingdom with twenty-nine and the United States with thirty-two.

More important than the count is how Slovakia gets onto them. Six of those eleven have over two hundred items, excluding almost the whole world at once. The remaining five are short, the shortest sixteen names, and there Slovakia is picked by address.

Looking for a brand outside our ten, first see how long its list is. With a short list Slovakia's presence is a decision, with a two-hundred-item one rather a form.

The prohibited-offers list page on the site of the Úrad pre reguláciu hazardných hier

The edition of 31 August 2026 holds 1,120 valid records: 977 web addresses and 143 account numbers. Under § 85(2) the authority publishes it on the first working day of every week, and under paragraph 11 in machine-readable form — CSV, XML and XLSX.

This list matters more than the bonus sum itself

A country on the restricted list does not mean you get no account. It means the account could arise, the bonus be credited, play run — and the payout still not happen. It is a contractual condition, not marketing, and the operator invokes it, not you.

So a Slovak player does well to read a bonus offer backwards: first the country list, then the documents clause and the cap, and last of all the sum. The clause numbers for the verification clause at all nine brands are in no-deposit bonus.

The lists change without notice too. Our transcript is from 26 August 2026 and that is a date, not a guarantee; how we treat such dates is in how we read documents.

What happens when the money is to leave

This is the whole difference from the Slovak market side, not a bonus one.

A Slovak licence holder is supervised by the Úrad pre reguláciu hazardných hier. With a foreign brand the only instance is itself and possibly its licence issuer; the Slovak authority will not help you there and we do not pretend otherwise. What a Curaçao or Anjouan licence number proves and what not is set out by foreign licences.

A cap is added to that. Wild Fortune's clause 11.8 gives 15,000 EUR a month, PlayAmo's clause 12 two limits, 7,500 EUR a week and 15,000 EUR a month, and Bitcasino.io's clause 6.10 a million USDT a week. The other brands publish no figure, which does not mean they have no cap: Metaspins has a limits clause, 12.5, saying the maximum depends on the chosen payment method. Bitsler's clause 8.6 reserves the right to set a maximum and adds no figure. The breakdown is in withdrawal limits.

Three of the ten domains are in the Slovak register

The Úrad pre reguláciu hazardných hier keeps the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk, and three of our ten stand in it: bitcasino.io since 1 June 2020, playamo.com since 2 March 2020 and rainbet.com since 16 June 2025.

On bonus terms that has no bearing — the route to the site and to payment changes, because under § 85(12) of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. the payment service provider must prevent payment to a recorded account. So if you wait for a bonus payout, that is the one place the entry touches you. The breakdown stands in the list of prohibited offers.

The entry does not concern the player: under § 95(1) an offence is committed by a natural person who is a supervised entity under § 80(b) to (k), and the player is not in that list. The verbatim wording is in what the law says.

Where to check it yourself

The restricted country list and the verification clause usually stand in the same document — the general terms and conditions, linked from the brand's footer. Find in it the section named Restricted Countries or Prohibited Territories and read it before you register, not after.

Bonus terms are usually a separate document referring to both those places. We opened them at not one of the ten brands, so you will find here no bonus sums or turnover conditions.
