The terms tie documents to withdrawal, the AML document to opening the account

Transcribed from the terms

Clauses 5.2 and 8.3 tie identity verification to withdrawal. Its own anti-money-laundering document, however, says identity is verified as early as the opening of the account. Two documents of the same brand therefore describe two different moments, and we do not reconcile them on its behalf.

Two documents contradicting on the most important point

The terms tie identity verification to withdrawal: the clause sits at 5.2 and 8.3 and adds no sum. Its own anti-money-laundering document, though, says identity is verified as early as account opening and then on certain transactions.

Two different moments, and the difference is the whole content of the phrase “casino without verification”. We do not reconcile them for the operator: we let both sentences stand side by side and write where each is. Which applies in practice cannot be read from the text.

The consequence is simple. If you plan on the account existing in a minute and documents coming later, this is a brand where that assumption needs checking sooner than elsewhere. How the verification moment differs at the other nine is in identity verification.

The prohibited-offers list page on the site of the Úrad pre reguláciu hazardných hier

The edition of 31 August 2026 holds 1,120 valid records: 977 web addresses and 143 account numbers. Under § 85(2) the authority publishes it on the first working day of every week, and under paragraph 11 in machine-readable form — CSV, XML and XLSX.

What they may ask by name

Of our ten, Rainbet is one of few naming the forms of verification at all. The text gives a photograph of the document, proof of address, a selfie and a verification call.

That is more than most of this ten, where the clause speaks only of documents the operator deems necessary. Even here the range is not closed: a list of names is not an enumeration you cannot go beyond. What the other two documents addressing it say about the data range at account opening is in registration without documents. The range of documents is quoted for every brand: documents at casinos without verification.

On the Slovak side that range is prescribed and specific: § 33(1) of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. speaks of data from an identity card and a further document, copies of which the applicant sends before taking part in a game. Two documents, not one, before the first bet.

A licence number the brand does not state

The operator is RBGAMING N.V. In the Anjouan Gaming Board register we found licence ALSI-152406029-FI2, status valid.

That number, though, does not come from the brand's text. Its terms give a company registration number and a sentence that it is licensed in Anjouan — no licence number, no authority named. The number we give we traced in the issuer's register; we say so because the gap between “the brand publishes it” and “we found it elsewhere” matters to the reader.

The absence of a number on the site is an answer in itself: a brand giving it nowhere offers no point to lean on. What a licence number can and cannot verify is in foreign licences.

The free number is 0800 131 000, and +421 587 875 800 from abroad. The line is run by OLÚP Predná Hora, a specialist hospital, and is funded from the state budget and from voluntary contributions.

A short country list with three islands on it

The restricted-countries list has eleven entries, one of the shortest of the ten. Slovakia is not on it; the United Kingdom is.

It also holds Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, territories without a country code. A short list is different information from a long one: in eleven entries every country is picked deliberately, in two hundred it is closer to a form. Slovakia's absence from so short a list is a stronger answer than the same absence at PlayAmo, though neither is a guarantee.

Our transcription is from 26 August 2026; lists change without notice. Why this document matters more than the welcome offer is in foreign casino no-deposit bonus.

On the Slovak list since June 2025

Rainbet.com is one of three brands in our ten whose address appears on the list of prohibited offers. Listed since 16 June 2025, the ground being § 85(4)(a) — operating an internet game without an individual licence.

Unlike the two older entries, here the provider's name matches: both the list and the terms give RBGAMING N.V. It is the only one of those three domains where the official record and today's document agree.

The entry has no effect on the terms; the route to the site and to payment changes. The duties under § 85(12) fall on connectivity operators and payment providers, not the player; the breakdown is in the list of prohibited offers.

What we did not read about this brand

We know the coin count: nine, chiefly bitcoin, ether, litecoin, XRP, SOL and TRX. We know it also offers sports betting and labels its games provably fair.

We do not know the payout cap: no figure in the terms, which does not mean none exists. Nor the founding year, the withdrawal processing time or the bonus wagering requirements: the bonus document is separate and we opened it nowhere. How we handle blanks is in how we read documents.

The brand holds no Slovak individual licence; who does is listed by who holds a Slovak licence. Only a Slovak licensee checks the register of excluded persons under § 33 at login, so self-exclusion does not reach here; the free problem-gambling helpline is 0800 131 000. That the player is no supervised entity under § 80 is shown by what the law says.
