Vave: we read the terms the same way as the others
Verified in the register
Vave is the only link leading off this site. That changes nothing in what we write about it: it publishes no verification threshold, it may request documents before any payout under clause 8.7, and it gives 14 days to supply them. On 2 September 2026 we verified licence OGL/2024/1676/0905 in the Curaçao Gaming Authority register.
Why this page is marked as paid
Vave is the only link from this site to an operator's commercial interface. In the source code it carries the attribute marking a paid link.
It means we are paid for its name being here. Not that we read its documents less carefully than the other nine. On the contrary: with a partner the temptation to fill a missing figure is greatest, so the places where the document gave no answer are set out below. How we treat them across the site: how we read documents.
The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.
Licence verified in the issuer's register
The operator is Latcas B.V. Licence number OGL/2024/1676/0905, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 19 May 2025, status active in the issuer's certificate register on 2 September 2026.
It is the only fact in the offering a third party can confirm, and worth knowing what it confirms: a certificate with that number exists, is issued to that company and valid today. It says nothing of payouts, nothing at all of Slovakia. Why a Curaçao licence is no individual licence under § 36 of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. is set out in foreign licences. At the other brands too, only third-party confirmation is given: the table of casinos without verification.
Documents: no threshold, but a precise deadline
Clause 8.7 is short and says what a verification clause usually says: the operator may request documents before any payout, at its own discretion. The sum after which that happens is not in the document.
The rest of that clause, though, is more specific than at most brands we read, and worth reading literally:
- Forms of verification. A selfie with the document, a selfie with document and written text, a phone call, a live video call.
- What the document must show. Name, photograph, date of birth and nationality.
- Deadline. Fourteen days to supply them.
- Consequence of missing it. Account closure and forfeited winnings.
The fourteen-day deadline stands not once at the other nine brands in our table. It is neither advantage nor disadvantage: the only number in this clause, and unlike a threshold it can be planned for. How the same place looks elsewhere is shown by identity verification.
Payouts: two numbers and one blank
Clause 8.1 states that processing a withdrawal takes at most three days, and a request above the payment system's limit is split into instalments.
Clause 8.8 sharpens that with a number: a withdrawal above 50,000 USDT is paid in equal instalments over up to thirty days. It is the only published threshold in the payout section, and does not concern ordinary play.
The blank is the deposit wagering requirement, noticed only at the first withdrawal. Whether Vave has one does not stand here: we did not transcribe the section where it would be written, so we know neither the multiple, nor whether it would attach to deposit, offer or both, nor the deadline and minimum odds. An empty field here means “we did not read”, not “there is none”.
Three grounds for refusing a withdrawal stand in that section: a deposit through an electronic payment system, a withdrawal out of proportion to bets placed, and account misuse. Plus two fees — at most 16 USDT at an intermediary bank, EUR 12.5 for a transfer on account closure. How caps and deadlines read elsewhere is counted in withdrawal limits.
Every citation of § 31, § 33, § 36, § 80, § 85 and § 95 on this page comes from the version of the act in force from 1 January 2026. The English translation the authority itself offers is the version of 1 June 2019, and its numbering of the paragraphs of § 85 already differs.
The loyalty programme and its real rate
The loyalty programme is the Casino VIP Program, levels from the first to the eleventh and above; a player enters automatically after the first deposit, and the main prize is given as 100,000 USDT.
More interesting than those numbers is the rate written in the rules and summarised nowhere. One point per 30 dollars wagered on slots, table and live games not counting, and a dollar takes two hundred points. Six thousand dollars wagered means one dollar back. We do this arithmetic for the operator nowhere but here; the figures are from its own loyalty programme page, transcribed 24 August 2026.
Level rewards run from ten spins and five USDT at the second level to 500 USDT at the eleventh. Weekly cashback is given as up to 7% of net loss, tied to the first level.
What we did not track down about Vave
In its documents we found no list of countries it refuses players from. So we write nothing on Slovak players being accepted — neither yes nor no. It is the only brand of the ten with that field empty, and an empty field here means “we did not read”.
One such contractual condition does stand in the terms: clause 21 forbids sports and live bets from Russia and allows both forfeiture of funds and account blocking. It is the only geographical restriction we found in the text.
The welcome offer runs over four deposits, cap 4 BTC and a hundred spins. We did not transcribe its wagering requirement: the bonus document is separate and we opened it at nobody. Why we make no estimate is explained in no-deposit bonus.
What this means for a player from Slovakia
Vave holds no Slovak individual licence and cannot: § 36(1) of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. allows one granted only to a legal person seated in Slovakia or another member state. Who does is listed in who holds a Slovak licence.
The practical consequence is not in the bonuses. Only a Slovak licence holder checks the register of excluded persons under § 33 at every login. A self-exclusion entered on the Slovak market side does not reach here, and nobody can require it of this brand. The free helpline for gambling problems is 0800 131 000.
The domain vave.com does not stand in the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk at 31 August 2026. No clean bill of health: seven of our ten brands are missing from that file, and none holds a Slovak licence. How to search it: the list of prohibited offers.
