A brand whose own pages name two different regulators

Transcribed from the terms

§ 5 of the terms allows documents to be requested at any time at the operator's own discretion, and the help centre adds that on large withdrawals verification is required by law — without saying which law. The responsible-gambling section meanwhile points to Curaçao, while both the footer and the terms speak of Anjouan.

A clause with no figure and an unnamed law

The identity-verification clause sits in section 5 of the terms, headed KYC/AML, and reads as loosely as such a sentence can: documents at any time at the operator's discretion. No sum in it.

Its help centre adds a sentence that looks like an explanation and is not: on large withdrawals verification is required by law. It does not say which law, or whose. Without that, such a sentence cannot be checked or used — in our ten the only place an operator invokes the law without naming it.

By comparison: when Slovak law speaks of documents, it can be cited. § 33(1) of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. requires data from an identity card and a further document, copies of which the applicant sends before taking part in a game. Section, subsection and wording are public; the breakdown is in what the law says.

The Wolf.bet home screen

The most coins of our ten: thirteen. The identity-verification clause sits in section 5, headed KYC/AML, and states no amount. Licence number ALSI-132405048-FI3 comes from Anjouan, and the company behind the brand is Cipher Games Ltd.

Two regulators on one site

The operator is Cipher Games Ltd. The brand gives licence ALSI-132405048-FI3, citing the government of the autonomous island of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros. Its status we did not trace in the register, so the field stays empty: not that the licence is invalid, but that we did not read. The operator stands on one line per brand: casinos without a Slovak licence and their operators.

Inside the site the supervision data do not hold. The responsible-gambling section points to Curaçao, while the footer and the terms speak of Anjouan. Not two versions of one entry but two different authorities — the same contradiction as at Metaspins.

The contradiction does not prove the licence does not exist. It proves the supervision data must come from the issuer's register, not the brand's page — the only thing such a number verifies. The procedure is in foreign licences.

A list of 48 countries not ending at 48

The restricted-countries list has 48 entries and Slovakia is not among them. The United Kingdom is.

The list opens with “including but not limited to”, so it can be extended without the document changing. It is no final enumeration and we do not read it so. Just as open is the list at Shuffle.

With a list worded so, Slovakia's absence is the best available answer, valid as at the transcription date, 26 August 2026. Why this matters more than the welcome offer is in foreign casino no-deposit bonus.

The page listing the individual gambling licences that have been granted

The file as at 1 September 2026 has 134 rows and 39 companies. Twenty-one of them hold a licence to run internet games in an internet casino. It is published in both CSV and XLSX.

Thirteen coins and what does not follow

The brand states thirteen supported coins, chiefly USDT, USDC, bitcoin, ether, XRP and dogecoin. It is the most of the ten after our advertising partner.

The coin count is an item about the cashier, not documents. The verification clause attaches to the account and its holder, not the network the money came through, and anonymous payment and anonymous account differ. Paying without a bank therefore does not mean withdrawing without a document; the mechanism is in identity verification.

The brand also offers sports betting and labels its games provably fair.

What we did not read about this brand

No payout cap per period stands in the terms. Not zero, not unlimited — an empty field. How such a gap differs from a clause allowing a cap without a figure is in payout limits.

We do not know the founding year, the withdrawal processing time or the data range at account opening. The bonus terms are a separate document we did not open anywhere, so no bonus amount or wagering requirement appears here. How we handle blanks is in how we read documents.

We read the terms on 26 August 2026 on the brand's site, in the help section on terms of service.

What this means for a player from Slovakia

The domain wolfbet.com is absent from the list of prohibited offers as at 31 August 2026. No clean bill: seven of our ten are missing from that file, none holding a Slovak individual licence. Who does is listed by who holds a Slovak licence.

The unnamed law from the help centre changes none of that. Slovak law does not bear on this brand: it holds no individual licence under § 36 and cannot, and its licensing authority is seated elsewhere. So nobody checks the register of excluded persons under § 33, and self-exclusion recorded on the Slovak side does not reach here. The free problem-gambling helpline is 0800 131 000.
