Vave: what you can check with a third party, what in the contract and what nowhere
Paid partner, read the same way
Details about one brand do not carry the same weight. At Vave one is verifiable in someone else's register, four have a clause number in the contract and three stand in our notes with no reference to any document at all: 90 coins, 2,500 games and 40 providers.
Why details about one brand cannot be read as a single list
Any brand's card looks like one seamless list of facts. It is not. It holds details of three quite different origins, and the gap between them is wider than between two brands.
The first degree a third party confirms. The second, the contract. The third, nobody.
Which is why it suits this brand to show the division: at a partner the temptation to round the third degree up to the first is greatest. Licence, clause on documents and loyalty programme are taken apart by a separate page, Vave.
The first degree: the only detail a third party confirms
The Curaçao Gaming Authority issued licence number OGL/2024/1676/0905 to Latcas B.V. on 19 May 2025, and in the issuer's certificate register it was active on 2 September 2026.
It is the only detail in the offering checkable away from the brand's site.
It is worth knowing what it confirms: that a certificate with that number exists, issued to that company, and valid on the given day. Of payout it says nothing, of Slovakia less. Why such a licence is not an individual licence under § 36 of zákon č. 30/2019 Z. z. is set out by foreign licences.
The year in the number and the year of issue differ
A detail this brand shows on one line. The number carries the year 2024. The date of issue in the register is 19 May 2025.
We do not interpret what the digits mean, because the issuer explains them nowhere.
We write both down side by side and leave them. Anyone deriving the brand's age from the year in the number errs twice: that year is not the year of issue, and the year of issue is not the year a site came into being. Both traps are in new online casino.
The second degree: what has a clause number
Details the operator wrote itself, but into a numbered document. Not verifiable with a third party; citable, and in a dispute a finger can be pointed at them.
At Vave that means section 8 of the terms. Clause 8.1 sets withdrawal processing at up to three days and splits a request into instalments above the payment system's limit. Clause 8.7 describes documents requested before any payout, with a fourteen-day period. Clause 8.8 adds the section's only published threshold: above 50,000 USDT payment comes in equal instalments over up to thirty days. Clause 21 bars sports and live betting from Russia.
Four places, four numbers, one document.
A section on wagering a deposit before withdrawal is not among those we read. Whether such a condition exists here at all, and at what multiple, on deposit or offer, for what period and at what minimum odds, does not stand here: an unread place does not reach the card even as an estimate.
What matters at this degree: a clause number turns a claim into a quotable undertaking. What the same clause looks like at the other nine brands is shown by identity verification.
The third degree: numbers with no document under them
And now the part we write against ourselves. Our notes on this brand hold three numbers with no reference to the document they come from: 90 supported coins, 2,500 games and 40 providers.
By name the notes hold six coins — bitcoin, ether, tether, litecoin, dogecoin and the TON network's coin.
Six names read, ninety counted elsewhere.
This group also holds the year 2022 given as the launch year, and the footer widget for buying cryptocurrency, which names the partner Changelly and nine coins; the notes expressly say the cashier list is not confirmed at first hand. We put it so because the alternative is passing three marketing numbers off as equal to a clause number. The rule for such places is in how we read documents.
Why coin and game counts are not a fourth degree but a zero
It could be objected that anyone can count the games on the brand's site. Yes — which is why it is not a detail about the contract.
A number in the offering changes without notice and binds nobody.
A clause number does not change quietly: changed terms are a changed document. That is the whole difference, and why you find no ranking by game count here. Why there is no ranking at all is explained by best online casino.
How to check the first degree yourself in two minutes
The procedure is short and needs no account or registration anywhere.
Copy the licence number from the brand's footer, not from a comparison table. Open the issuer's certificate register given at the number and enter it. Read three things: company name, state of the entry and date. Then compare the company name with the one in the brand's terms.
That last step reveals the most.
At four brands of ten our notes show the site's detail and the register's diverging; all four discrepancies are set out in foreign licences. If they diverge, the register applies, not the footer.
What this division means for a player from Slovakia
Before a deposit, read from the bottom up. First the first degree, two minutes in someone else's register. Then the second, because it decides about money. The third is advertising and should be read as advertising.
Neither this brand nor any other of the ten holds a Slovak individual licence.
The practical consequence is not in the offering but in this: the register of excluded persons under § 33 is checked at every login only by a Slovak licence holder; who that is is listed by who holds a Slovak licence. The free gambling helpline is 0800 131 000.
