Bitcasino.io: six places where the document gives no number

Transcribed from section 6

The brand that publishes the two most watched numbers has six places without a number in the same document: the processing time for a crypto withdrawal, the minimum withdrawal, the threshold for instalments, the number of providers, the reason for a random check and the conditional nature of the wagering requirement. And for 48 hours after a password change a withdrawal will not go through anyway.

Why it is worth seeking the blanks at this brand in particular

Of our ten brands, Bitcasino.io alone gives a number in both most-watched places at once: a verification threshold of EUR 2,500 in clause 6.6 and a withdrawal cap of one million USDT a week in clause 6.10. Both are examined on the Bitcasino.io page.

That is why it suits the opposite question.

If a document that does give numbers gives none in six other places, that is neither chance nor carelessness. It is a choice, and shows in the same document beside the numbers that are there.

Processing time: given for fiat, missing for coins

Clause 6.1 says a withdrawal in fiat may take up to three working days from approval, depending on the payment service provider. Literally, and with a reservation.

For a crypto withdrawal the processing time stands nowhere, neither in the terms nor the help centre.

At a crypto-first brand that is a remarkable split. A blank does not mean immediately; it means nothing was promised. So we measure payout speed for nobody here, and cannot — we hold no account at any of the ten.

Minimum withdrawal: clause exists, number elsewhere

Clause 6.2 lists no minimum withdrawal amounts but refers to the help centre. We did not read its whole withdrawal table, so that field stays empty in our notes.

For deposits it is the reverse, and instructive: there a table exists, very detailed.

Thirteen items, from 0.25 USDT to 10,000 SHIB, maximum given as unlimited. Detail on the deposit side, a cross-reference on the withdrawal side: a difference only someone opening both clauses side by side will notice.

Instalment threshold: a rule without a trigger

Clause 6.10 is this brand's most quoted, almost always as a withdrawal cap. It is not one.

The literal wording: on a large withdrawal request the operator may choose to pay out at most one million USDT, or the equivalent in other currencies, weekly until the whole sum is settled.

A large request. The sum making a request large stands nowhere.

So the number describes the speed of the instalments, not the threshold switching them on. How cap and instalment rule differ at the other brands is counted in withdrawal limits.

Wagering the deposit: once, but as a reserved right

Clause 6.4 says that on fiat and crypto withdrawals alike the operator reserves the right to require the deposit amount wagered once before it accepts a withdrawal request.

Once is the lowest value in the ten, and the only conditional one.

The difference between “requires” and “reserves the right to require” is real, and we round it in neither direction. Beside it stands clause 6.8, raising the requirement fivefold where the service is suspected of cycling money. Neither clause is a bonus condition: they tie up the player's own money.

A check needing no reason, and a period you start yourself

The same document holds an entitlement to run random account checks, described as checking the account for verification and activity. It has no triggering event and no sum.

And one more period the player starts himself: after a password change withdrawals are held for 48 hours, under clause 4.

The order of two actions decides two days.

A sensible security measure, and at once a trap for anyone changing his password just as he empties the account. The clause sits in the account-security part, far from the withdrawal section, so it surfaces in no comparison table. What the documents clause looks like at the other nine is shown by identity verification.

Two contradictions the brand caused itself

The first is the number of coins. The help-centre article on supported cryptocurrencies names twelve. The deposit-limit table elsewhere in the same help centre gives a thirteenth, SHIB with a minimum of 10,000. We keep to twelve, as in the article, and put the contradiction down to the operator, not ourselves.

The second is the number of games and providers. The home page gives more than 5,000 games, while the provider total stands nowhere — a provider index exists, a total for it does not.

Five thousand games without a denominator is a marketing number.

Why a blank is information, not a missing line

In comparison tables an empty cell tends to be read as zero or as unlimited. Neither is true, and the difference between the three possibilities decides money.

Zero is a number. Unlimited is a commitment. An empty field is neither.

At this brand it shows in two places at once: a withdrawal cap as such stands nowhere in the terms, though clause 6.10 holds a number, and the crypto withdrawal time nowhere, though fiat has one. Turn the first into an unlimited cap and the second into an instant payout, and two blanks yield two advantages the brand never wrote down. The rule for such places holds across the site, set out in how we read documents.

What this means for a player from Slovakia

The brand holds no Slovak individual licence, as none of the ten does, and the domain bitcasino.io has stood in the Zoznam zakázaných ponúk since 1 June 2020. Neither changes clauses 6.6 and 6.10, since those numbers sit in the operator's document, not the regulator's.

What an entry changes is third parties' duties.

The breakdown of those duties under § 85(12) and (13), and why the provider's name beside this line is six years old, stands in what belongs in the list and what does not. The player is not a supervised entity under § 80, as what the law says shows.
